CO2 Laser Table

It is used for fine cutting and engraving. Working area is 1,260 x 1,510 mm and processed material maximum thickness is 80 mm. Materials that can be used for laser cutting are a wide range of plastics, acrylic, plexiglass, MDF, wood, synthetic resin plates, cardboard... We successfully engrave soft stone such as marble and granite, and steel.

CNC Router

It is used cropping, engraving and 3D shaping. Working area is 2,000 x 3,000 mm and a processed material maximum thickness is 200 mm. Materials to cut and engrave on CNC are wide range of plastics, acrylic, plexiglass, MDF, synthetic resin plates, solid wood, aluminum plates, Alubond, steel... 3D processing is done on soft materials such as various types of foam, Styrofoam and MDF.

Vertical formatizer

It is used for flat materials formatting by straight cuts. Working area is 4300 x 2150 mm and a processed materials maximum thickness is 80 mm. Materials processed at Formatizer are acrylic, plexiglass, MDF, synthetic resin plates, solid wood, chipboard, aluminum plates, Alubond... By quick and easy cutting tools changes, this useful machine greatly facilitate preparatory work for other technologies at high speed and precision.

Sign Making Line

It's technology that guarantees excellent quality of luminous element, particularly when it comes to external influences resistance, such as soot particles and rain accumulation. The width of used band is in the range from 70 to 130 mm. Band can be aluminum or stainless steel. Previously prepared vector file is produced in required number of identical copies. Given forms can be laminated and painted.

Machine Vacuum Forming

Maximum working area is 1500 x 2000 mm, while the maximum depth of form that is being processed is 400 mm. It's used to create advertising and signage elements with 3D elements. Materials that can be used as a wide range of plastics, acrylic, plexiglass... Materials can be pre-printed. Material is heated and fitted by vacuum previously crafted template. This process results in very interesting 3D forms that makes sign stand out.

LED

Over 90% of our illuminated signs are enlightened by LED technology. In addition to the intensity, variety of radiant colors and programming and dimming options, as well as safety in exploitation, it cuts cost significantly. Diodes can be striped, individual or in modules. The type we'll use depends on sign construction or part of it that we want to illuminate or enlighten.
